No time to visit a branch? Use SUNTRUST OFFSHORE's Mobile Deposit to get money into your account easily and conveniently, without going to the bank.
In order to use Mobile Deposit, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Enrolled in SUNTRUST OFFSHORE's Online Banking & Mobile Banking
- Have an account with us that is in good standing with no other restrictions
How it works:
After logging in, follow these simple steps to make a deposit:
- Select the “Deposits” option
- Select “New Deposit”
- Select the account to deposit into and enter the amount of the deposit
- Capture images of the front and the back of the check
- Verify the amount and account and click “Yes” to submit your deposit
- Within the Mobile Banking App, you can see if your mobile deposit has been accepted and when it is credited to your account
